We have two models to choose from, the Hosting Model or the Co-Hosting  Management Model. Which ever model suits you, we are here to give you as much support as you need.

 

Our Host Model is based on that of the large international hotel chains (Ritz Carlton, Westin, Hyatt, Hilton, Mantra and Accor. We lease properties off investors and home owners who are seeking long term secure market level rents. We maintain your property and you get guarenteed rental income monthly.

 

Our Co-Host Management Model is where we provide a property management service. 

With local market expertise, our ability to optimise pricing, create inviting profiles & great looking listings with interior design suggestions, professional photos and creative description we can improve your number of bookings and return guests. We can help set you up as Short Term Hosts where we guide and educate you on how to host successfully or we can take charge of your property and co-host it for you. As co- hosts we will coordinate all the preparation work involved in setting up your property, manage your listing on multiple sites for maximum exposure and handle your guest communication, providing them with clear, inviting and consistent messaging prior to and after their booking. Be there for any assistance guests need during their stay and finally give you more time to enjoy your own time. Handover to us, relax and watch your bank balance grow!

Who would be visiting my property?   

Each of our guests are prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for a minimum of 7 nights or longer. After each visit, your property is thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards by our professional cleaning company, at no cost to you.

Would this require extra work for me?

Sit back and relax, we handle it all, there’s no additional management for you.  Also, we’re happy to provide you with references, if needed.

How can QualityStays rent a property and list it?

If the owner and strata/body corporate (if applicable) has agreed, the property can be listed with companies and short stay platforms. The agreement is noted in the special terms of the tenancy agreement.

What type of properties do you manage?

All types, apartments and houses.

Host Model- What’s the cost? What’s the catch?

For the host model there is no fee or cost to you at any time. Once we sign a lease and provide you with a security bond, you can enjoy all the following benefits, on us:​

Co-Host Management Model- What's the cost? 

We charge 15-25% (inc GST) of the nightly rate after website fees, linen costs and cleaning fees (which the guest pays) depending on the amount of service we provide to you. You can be involved as much or as little as you want. The total payout is paid to QualityStays and then we pay you your share via direct deposit on a monthly basis. Payment of any other services will be invoiced and requested by Direct Debit or Credit Card. We can also provide a service of helping you to get set up on hosting platforms, if that is all you require.
